Movie reviews

Lately, this is what I've watched:

I rate 7/10

Well, first of all, this movie is really cool in a way. Why? With all the robots & stuff. Something that you could never imagined of in future. Throughout the entire movie, I kept thinking: "What if something like this happens to us in future? What if us, human beings choose to have surrogates to control the world & everything rather than us, ordinary human?" Gosh. So many what if's. It keeps making you question things like that. So I reckon it's a good thing. At least it makes you want to know what will happen every second next and it's a movie that allows our imaginations to go beyond what we have. Just a minor unsatisfactory I have about the movie: The ending. Not going to tell you why. You'll have to find out yourselves. Okay. If you haven't watched it, just give it a try. Watch it. 'Cause the storyline of the movie is definitely not something that will make you fall asleep. :) Yup. That's all about the movie. The rest, I'll leave it up to you guys to find out!

Besides that, I've also tried watching a movie that was out quite long ago, not that I remembered when..

I rate this movie 9/10!!

I've always heard how people say that this movie is worth watching & really good especially for us, girls, teenagers to watch.. & so, lately, I've decided to give this movie a try since my mum's always telling me to watch the movie, plus we have the DVD as well. So yeah. I've watched it.. And let me tell you something, it's really as good as what people normally say about the movie. You could actually learn a lot of important values from the movie, being a parent and a teenager. This movie also let you know how different the outside world, ie real world when you actually come to face it. It's not something as easy as you think it is. Oh well, besides, something that made this movie so exciting & interesting is Liam Neeson, who plays the role of the father of the girl in this movie. Trust me, once you watched it, it will make you go all "WOW. & WHOA." So unbelievable that you've actually watched something so good, more like close to awesome. Hee. Alright. Enough. I guess I shall move on to the next & final movie of the week!

LAST BUT NOT LEAST,

THE MOST ANTICIPATING MOVIE OF THE YEAR:

I give 10/10! Hehehe.

I know it's a bit unfair for giving this movie such a high rating, even knowing that a lot of you out there might think differently than I do, but well, I am proud to say that this movie is one of the movies that I thought was the most worth watching. Let alone Harry Potter. That movie was a bit of a disappointed in my opinion. Well, I reckon why I love New Moon so much is partly because I've read the novel & I loved it. :) And not only that, I love the selection of actors & actresses in this movie. I think every character was portrayed perfectly. & you know what, I've got to admit that Jacob Black aka Taylor Lautner is really hot. However, that doesn't mean that I'll turn my back on Edward Cullen's team to support Jacob's team instead. I still love Edward Cullen to bits:) You know, the character of Edward. Not that. If you know what I mean. Teehee. Some parts were pretty violent. But some parts were really silly & sweet too. :) I don't know what you guys think about the movie, but I'll definitely say that this movie is worth watching. *Only if you are a twi-hard fan. LOL. I learnt that from E news. :p I think I'm going to buy the original DVD of this movie when it's out.. A lot of parts were cut! Mostly of the kissing scenes. So ridiculous I tell you. Oh well, I'm definitely going to watch it for another time.

Alrighty, going to take a bath now. Having dinner at my favourite Japanese restaurant later! Bye guys. Will update soon. More often.

Love.

ps; The brother's back from Melbourne since Thursday! Same goes to my cousins: Alicia&Jun Kit, as well as MELODY!:) Can't wait to see everyone soon.

Seeing those pictures just keep bringing the old memories back.

You know what.

I can't get enough of Wedding Dress! Oh no. I'm currently so addicted to the song/mv. I've been listening to it like more than 50 times already if I'm not wrong.. & every time when I listen to it, my siblings will just go nuts. Cause they don't get why I have to listen to that song for so many times.. & they don't know what's so nice about that music:) Too bad for them!

If you haven't watched the video of Wedding Dress by Taeyang, do watch it! (I won't use force to ask you guys to watch it if you don't want to..)

Alright. I'll stop here now.. I think I'm going to go and watch some DVDs or bake something..

ps; Going to ou tomorrow to watch 2012. Like finally after so long.
pps; I seriously need to go on a diet. It's getting crazy.

XoXo

It's good to be home.

HELLOOOOOO

to all my lovely readers! (well at least that's what I thought. I hope my readers still do read my blog even though I know, it has been really dead for a while now.)

Anyway, I wasn't in time to tell you guys that I was away for 5 days 4 nights. In case you're wondering why, well, I was actually at Perth :) I just came back yesterday afternoon. I went there with Teacher Cyn Dee, Aunty Emily, & Ellya. The whole trip was mainly about our classical ballet competition which was held at UCA, exactly the one that I've mentioned to you guys before. Overall, it was such a great experience. Even though the chances of getting into finals was small, but I still want to say that it was all worth the try. At least now I know what kind of standards they are looking for, so on & so forth. Besides, they were 60+ contestants altogether okay! hee. I was really happy that we all got to performed both our variations on stage. It felt really good to perform on stage in front of audiences who are of different countries :) On the plus side, I was so flattered to hear from teacher that she actually thought I was the best bluebird out of the other 3 Japanese contestants who performed bluebird variation as well. teehee.

By the way, this trip wasn't exactly only all about the competition... We actually managed to do some shopping! Woo. I bought a maxi dress for myself. Simply lovin' it. It was worth every single penny. Definitely don't think I could get anything close to that in Malaysia at such good price. Oh, & I also managed to buy some really stricking coloured tank tops and a coloured tight jeans at super good prices, all thanks to Jayjays! I just wish they had my size for the green coloured jeans :( Well, too bad for me. On the other hand, Valley Girls also offered some items at really cheap prices. So, needless to say, I got myself a high waisted skirt with the zipper in front! Hehe. I simply have no regrets for spending this time. :D Okay. That's all about the things that I've spent on in Perth, I guess.

On Sunday, which was the finals, it was really good. :) Worth watching it. Most of their contemporary pieces were superb! I felt like I was connected to their contemporary pieces. The way they express themselves in the dance & everything... How I wish I could do those back flip, high jumps and kicks, etc. Oh, and I still can't stop thinking about that girl who danced the "Hallelujah" contemporary piece. It was amazingly good. I wish we could videotape their variations or something.

And you know what, watching Daniel Roberge perform on stage for the second time after the Genee competition in Singapore was so worth it. Hehehe. I just feel sad for him that he didn't win anything this time. I really thought he was the most outstanding one and also thought that he should have won a placing in the competition. Well, guess there were some others even better than him. But seriously, I don't see why he didn't have the chance to win 1st, 2nd or even 3rd placing given that his technique, artistry & most of it were there. Oh well, I guess the judges were looking for something else. & after the competition, we managed to take pictures with the other contestants. Took some pictures with the Japanese girls, the 1st & 2nd prize winners:) as well as DANIEL ROBERGE. *heart melts* How can I possible miss that one? :p Not only that, we also managed to take some pictures with Amelia & May Jean. It's been really, really long since I last saw them, or even talk to them. Hmm, it was good catching up with the both of them again.

Okie dokes, I'll end my post here for today. Hope it didn't bore you guys because I thought I was being too long-winded. About pictures, it'll be up when they are uploaded by Ellya in Facebook first:) So I guess there won't be any for now, at least.

Alrighty, toodles.

xoxo,

KRYS.

ps; Managed to watch all the episode of Gossip Girl Season 3 that I've missed out... I have to say, it's getting more & more complicated! But well, in a good way. Good enough to keep you entertained.
ps; & watched Glee when I was in Perth too. It's a must-watch tv series. Definitely worth the try to watch.
ps; Watched Surrogates by myself just now. For a movie, it's not so bad. At least I know I didn't waste my time on it. :)
ps; Finally, I've watched the mv of Wedding Dress by Taeyang!! Omg, I cannot tell you how good it is. I didn't realize how many times I've click the replay button over & over again! Hehe.

OH. I am so glad that there are a few more papers to go before finals officially ENDS. I'm going to sit for 3 more papers on Monday. Then that's it. Goodbye to finals. Heh. You cannot imagine how much I've been looking forward for this to be over. It's been an extremely stressing month for me. It's like different kinds of exam keep coming one after another.

I barely have the time to really sit down & relax, without worrying a single thing. Know what? Ever since my piano exam's over, I have to train hard for my Modern Advanced 2 exam. & after that, I have finals to worry about. See? This is what I meant. Every time when you think that you can finally take a deep breath and relax, no, you can't, because after that, you have lots of other things throwing at you. Well, I shouldn't be making any complaints because that's just how things are supposed to be for me. I can't blame it on anyone, because it's the choice that I've made:)

Anyway, after my finals, I'm going to be really occupied by my ballet classes. Just so you know, I am taking part in this dance competition which will be held in Perth end of November. Therefore, I've started my rehearsals on Wednesday already. Wanna know something? The bluebird variation from Sleeping Beauty, which I've always thought that it would be a piece that is fairly easy to be done & mastered, turns out to be nothing like that at all. In fact, to be honest with you, it's really tough. Guess that this means I have to work twice or triple the times of what I'm doing now..

Oh, and I am doing a Chinese traditional-ish piece as my second variation. Can't wait! Teacher would be choreographing it for me and I'll start learning it on this Friday! Woohoo. & speaking of which, there's something that I would really need help from you guys. I am currently facing this huge dilemma.. Because there's something I really need for my second variation. I can't go without this:

Feather Fans! I need two of them. Urgently

GOSH. I hope some miracles will happen where two feather-y fans suddenly appear in front of my eyes. Oh well. Only in my dreams :D Okay, so if anyone of you, ANYONE, knows where to get it or you happened to have it. It would be so nice of you to inform me:) Thank you. Anyhoo, I have to go now. Been sitting in front of the computer for over an hour now.. Was browsing through the net & looking at the new items at Topshop! *hint hint* That means someone needs to go for a shopping trip soooooon.

Toodles

Why can't a girl get what she wants?

Okay, I know I've said that no blogging for me till finals are over. But yeah, sorry. I just can't help it. Especially when I'm using the computer. So no harm blogging as well right? teehee.

It will be a short & random one. :) I promise that I'll come back with a longer post after my finals!

LOUIS VUITTON CANCAN SHOE COLLECTION

I know some of you might actually think that the shoes look weird, but whatever it is, I LOVE THEM! Especially the black one & the light pink with emboidery on it! Omg, you couldn't believe this. When I went into Hong Kong's & Singapore's LV store the other time, when I saw it, it looked really beautiful. So pretty you know. It looks nothing like what I've seen on Glamour magazine. So much nicer. & definitely doesn't look weird at all. This is fashion baby. It's supposed to be like that:)

I hope that I can have enough savings by end of the year to buy all the pretty stuff that I've seen during my trip in Hong Kong. :P Well, who knows. I might be going there again anytime round next year or perhaps end of this year itself? Heh. Seriously. Everytime when I see something really unique, I must have it. & I don't know why. Mummy promised me a Chanel bag next year for my birthday if I behave. So I will. Definitely. Even for a second-hand handbag. Of course it's mummy's. She said it's going to be mine. If I really want them that badly. Oh well. Taking one from her doesn't harm at all. Since she doesn't use some of it that often. I might as well do the honour by helping her to utilise them. Haha. Okay, I think this is getting a bit too much & crazy. I don't know where is this coming from. I just out of the blue start thinking about all these branded bags, shoes etc.

Hmm. Alright then. I shall stop here. I'll come back another time with pictures & definitely with the items that I purchased during my trip to Hong Kong! I couldn't be more than happy to share them with you:D Okay, kay. I better end here before I start going gaga about all those shoes, handbags.... again!

ps: Will be going to a wedding dinner later! Which means, time to play dress up! Just what I needed. ah.
pps: I really need to study Biology already. grrr.

xoxo, gossip girl.
